Rusty Mutt delivery information
DELIVERY:
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over the value of $100 within Australia. Upon dispatch your Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you to allow tracking of your item.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping may not be automatically selected. Please ensure you check the shipping rate calculation.
We ship using standard Australia Post parcel post service. Australia is a big place, so shipping may take anywhere from a few days to two weeks if there are delays in key areas.
Delivery costs
The live calculation of delivery costs for all areas within Australia is very complex, so we adopt a ‘flat rate’ charge for small amounts and offer free delivery for orders above a certain value. When we offer free delivery, we absorb the fee from Australia Post. The most you will ever be charged for a wine delivery is $12.
Tracking.
Tracking information will be provided to your email address you provide at the time of placing your order.
Rusty Mutt does not check the status of delivery. If you have not received your wine in what you consider to be a reasonable amount of time, please check the tracking status using the Australia Post website, or contact us form.
Breakages.
Occasionally, a carton may get dropped. In this case, we will have the carton returned to sender (Rusty Mutt) and dispatch a replacement pack.
**Important** Some packs are limited, and the possibility exists that we may not be able to replace it with the exact same wines. In this case, we will contact you and offer replacement suggestions, or we will provide a full refund.
Delivery times.
The delivery times estimated by Australia Post range from 3 to 10 days in normal circumstances. In busy periods, such as the lead up to Christmas, deliveries may take 14 – 20 days. Other factors may affect delivery times such as severe weather events. We will endeavour to contact you if longer than usual delivery times are expected.
Hot weather policy.
As wine can be adversly affected by heat, we may wish to delay delivery if prolonged high temperatures are expected along the delivery route. We will contact you prior to delivery if this is the case.
General.
In all cases, we will endeavour to pack and despatch your order in one business day.
